Thank you for choosing our services. The following Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Castacorp Travel regarding your use of our website and services.
 

We kindly ask that you carefully review these terms and conditions before completing your booking. By proceeding with a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which may be updated from time to time on our website. This agreement also includes any additional information provided on our website or detailed in your vouchers.

BOOKINGS

You can make a reservation in 3 quick and easy ways:

            1) Send a request through our online catalog

            2) E-mail us: info@castacorp-travel.com

            3) Call us at (507) 6647-7996 

Once your request is sent, we will answer you within next minutes with all reservation details and instructions to make the deposit and once the deposit is done, we will send you a booking confirmation email.

 

DEPOSITS

A deposit is required to secure your booking. Once your reservation is made through our website, email, or phone, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the details of your reservation along with instructions for submitting the deposit.

The deposit, amounting to 25% of the total cost, can be safely processed via ACH, credit card, or PayPal. The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the driver or guide at the start of the service.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS POLICIES

Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer full refunds for last-minute cancellations. However, we strive to accommodate our clients whenever possible. Our policy is as follows:

  • Full Refund: If you cancel your reservation at least 72 hours before the scheduled pick-up date and time.

  • 50% Refund: If you cancel your reservation between 48 and 72 hours before the scheduled pick-up date and time.

  • No Refund: For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up date and time.
     

If you are not present at the designated meeting point at the scheduled pick-up time, Castacorp Travel reserves the right to withhold a refund. However, we will make every effort to contact you and assist in locating the meeting point, as our priority is ensuring you enjoy your experience in Panama.

In the event you are unable to attend your service, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to reschedule your booking for the same or an alternative service, subject to availability.

LIABILITY

Our company is not liable for service cancellations or delays due to weather problems and is not liable for incidents caused by, or around (or derived from the use of) motor vehicles of any kind, including: Cars, buses, vans, trucks, motorcycles, bicycles, four-wheelers, boats, jet skis, wave runners, airplanes and ultra-lights.

In the event we can't provide a tour Castacorp Travel will give the customer options of choosing another place or tour in replacement to it, as long as you count on availability and at a similar price range to the tour purchased.

 

SHUTTLE SERVICE AND SHARED TOURS

In order to secure your shuttle booking you will need to pay online the service at least 24 hours before the trip date. It is important to be on time in the designated meeting point to avoid delays and affect others. The rule of the 5 min courtesy waiting will be applied and we will do our best to reach you in the meeting point but after 5 minutes, the bus will depart and no refunds will be made.

 

The pickup time will be noticed 12 hours in advanced the trip time via email and this one will be estimated in 30 minutes intervals

 

LATE BOOKINGS

Castacorp Travel make take late bookings however, they are subject to availability. They should be paid as soon as the reservations are confirmed.
